Terms and Conditions
Participation in Juneteenth Family Day will be considered confirmed once payment has been submitted through the vendor payment link below. By submitting payment and participating in the event, vendors acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: vendors are responsible for arriving prepared for service, maintaining a clean setup area, operating in a professional and family friendly manner, and following all local health and safety regulations. Alcohol sales are not permitted. Vendors understand that electricity and hookups will not be provided and agree to supply all necessary equipment for operation.
To support all participating businesses, only one food truck per cuisine type will be accepted. Vendors also agree to assist in promoting the event through social media collaboration when possible. In the event a vendor can no longer attend, at least 14 days notice is requested, along with reasonable effort to help identify a replacement vendor if applicable.
Dear Brown Mama reserves the right to remove vendors who do not comply with event expectations or maintain a family friendly environment.
